Business Valuation   Our firm has been engaged in various situations to assist in valuing businesses. We have assisted clients, and in some cases, their attorneys in the valuation of a business. We utilize two basic methods of valuation - the income and net asset-based approaches. Valuations have been prepared for the purposes of estate planning, estate asset valuation, divorce support, gifting, and business purchases/sales. We have incorporated the skills of other valuation experts to our projects. The skills of real estate appraisers and equipment appraisers provide the necessary components of a complete valuation. Lastly, we have appeared as expert witnesses in Master's hearing and judicial trials.
